Join us for a beautiful experience that invites you to take time out for yourself to relax & connect with your energy.
WHAT YOU WILL
EXPERIENCE
This journey through the chakras is not about doing more…but about allowing yourself to slow down, soften, and reconnect.
Throughout the day, we’ll move softly through each of the seven chakras using mandala colouring, reflection, meditation, sound healing and intentional rest.
Beginning with grounding and connection, you’ll be guided through creative and calming practices that encourage self-awareness, balance and inner alignment.
Refreshments are provided and you will enjoy a calming cacao or herbal tea and a light lunch to support your body throughout this healing experience.
With the group size limited to 4 participants, you will be joining a supportive circle of like-minded women.
With take home goodies included, this experience offers you a beautiful opportunity to pause, create and reconnect with yourself in a calm and nurturing space.

MANDALA ARTIST & MINDFULNESS GUIDE
Samantha is the creative heart behind the mandalas you'll colour throughout your journey. With a deep love for art, mindfulness and intentional living, she guides you to slow down, be present and express yourself, helping you connect with the energy and wisdom of each chakra.
MEDITATION & HEALING FACILITATOR
Candice is passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves on a deeper level through meditation, subconscious healing and energy work. She creates a safe and nurturing space for you to slow down, release what no longer serves you and return to inner calm, clarity and self love.
We are honoured to walk alongside you on this beautiful journey of self discovery and inner awakening.
