Why Learn Reiki?

Learning Reiki isn’t just about techniques or knowledge, it’s about reconnecting with yourself, your energy, and your natural ability to support healing.

Once you’re attuned, Reiki becomes something you carry with you every day. You can use it to calm your mind, ground your energy, and gently support yourself through whatever life is bringing up.

Many people begin Reiki for their own healing. To feel more balanced, more centred, and more connected to themselves. The beautiful thing about Reiki is that over time, something often shifts. You start to trust what you feel… your awareness deepens…and you may feel called to share this with others in your own way.

Whether that’s simply supporting your family, or stepping into working with clients, Reiki meets you exactly where you are. You don’t need to have any experience or be a certain kind of person to learn Reiki.

Reiki is gentle, but powerful. All you need is an openess to receive & a willingness to explore.

Reiki 1st Degree

(Shoden)

What you’ll learn:

  • What Reiki is and how it works

  • Energy fundamentals and awareness practices

  • The history and principles of Usui Reiki

  • An introduction to the chakra system

  • Practical ways to protect and manage your energy

  • Strengthening your intuitive connection

  • Hands-on practice giving and receiving Reiki

BOOK REIKI LEVEL 1

Reiki 2nd Degree

(Okuden)

What you’ll learn:

  • An introduction to Reiki symbols and how to use them in sessions

  • How distance energy healing works

  • Techniques to deepen and strengthen your healing sessions

  • Guidance on working with others

  • Tools to further develop your intuition and energetic awareness

  • Practical experience in distance healing

  • Practical Information about Practitioner Insurance & Ethics
