A Calm, Supportive Space for Growing Minds

This class is designed to give young people simple, practical tools to help them feel more grounded, confident and in control of their wellbeing.

These classes combine gentle yoga-based movement, breathing techniques and guided relaxation to support flexibility, coordination and emotional regulation.

Each session provides a safe and welcoming space where young people can slow down, move their bodies and learn skills that support both mental and physical health.

What each session includes:

Every 45-minute class is thoughtfully structured and age-appropriate, including:

  • Gentle yoga sequences to build strength, balance and flexibility

  • Simple breathing techniques to calm the nervous system

  • Short guided relaxation or visualisation

  • Confidence-building and focus practices

  • A calm closing ritual to leave feeling centred

No prior yoga experience is required.

About Your Facilitator

Candice is a qualified kids yoga teacher and experienced wellbeing practitioner. Through Higher Mind & Soul Therapy, she supports individuals in building emotional awareness, resilience and nervous system regulation.

This class brings those same foundational skills to young people in an accessible, practical and supportive way.
